Information you share

The assessment form asks for your name, business email, company, inquiry type, and property type. You may also choose to share a phone number, location, system details, priorities, timing, and a message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss project scope, and continue that conversation.

You can leave optional fields blank or contact us by email or phone instead. PerFitTech does not sell the information you submit.

Form and email processing

The assessment form sends your information to FormSubmit, an external service that processes the submission and emails it to PerFitTech. Our email service also handles that message so our team can respond.

FormSubmit may use cookies when you interact with its service. Its privacy policy explains its processing practices. You can contact PerFitTech directly if you prefer not to use the form.

Website operation

The website uses browser session storage to remember its welcome animation and page transitions. This stores interface state, not your form entries. The site does not include advertising or audience analytics scripts.

Cloudflare provides website hosting and security services. It may process technical request data, including IP addresses and traffic information, to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for more information.
